Debra Asher started her real estate career 28 years ago as a Salesperson with a growing firm in Suffolk County. Her exceptional sales success, coupled with a natural ability to inspire and teach her peers, was recognized and in 1984 prompted her appointment to Sales Manager. In 1986 Debra was promoted to Director of Recruiting and Training and assisted with the companies growth from 5 to 18 real estates offices. In 1991 she accepted a position with a national real estate franchise as a Regional Trainer for their Northeast Division and a year later became a National Trainer. In 1997, Debra co-founded ProCalibre Associates Inc. To date Debra has Coached over 9000 Real Estate Professionals towards increasing production especially in the present market. Debra is a motivational speaker, has presented seminars and workshops at National Real Estate Conventions. She travels around the country to speak at Real Estate Organizations, Broker Councils & Statewide Real Estate Boards.
