The Better Business Bureau recently announced that Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center, Inc. has successfully passed all 20 standards of the BBB Charity Accountability application for the organization.

ADRC and Team Half Penny Pub Participate in Bay Shore St. Patrick’s Day Parade

On March 9, representatives from Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center, Inc. joined members of Team Half Penny Pub in promoting the organization at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Bay Shore. They marched along the two-mile stretch on Main Street during the parade.

Register Now for the 1st Annual Alzheimer’s Regatta & Awards Dinner

On June 15, Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center, Inc. will have its 1st Annual Alzheimer’s Regatta & Awards Dinner at Beekman Beach in Oyster Bay from 1-5 p.m. This event will help create awareness and support for ADRC’s programs and funds.

This event will feature Dawn Riley, executive director of Oakcliff Sailing Center. She was also a K-Challenge America’s Cup IC45 World Champion in 2007 and 2012.

New Caregiver Support Group in West Babylon

Mary Ann Malack-Ragona, Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center, Inc., announces the opening of a Caregiver Support Group in West Babylon for those who are caring for a loved one with Dementia and/or Alzheimer’s Disease. Starting April 8, this group will meet the second Monday of each month from 6-7 p.m. at the East Neck Nursing & Rehab Center, located at 134 Great East Neck Road in West Babylon, at the center’s Family Conference Center on the first floor.
