Tenth Anniversary Gala
 A big THANK YOU to all Charles Rutenberg Realty Agents, Friends and Sponsors who joined us for our Tenth Anniversary Gala at Crest Hollow Country Club on Thursday, September 29. We had a wonderful evening, honoring our 2015 top producers. We enjoyed dinner and dancing while reminiscing about Rutenberg’s first decade in business. We are proud that our Agency raised $10,000 through ticket sales to benefit Community Housing Innovations (CHI). As part of our 10 Year Celebration, we want to honor and thank those agents who have been with us since the beginning. This includes Annette Burke, Grace Hee Kang, Laura Brusca, Aramando Polanco, Temra Taylor Bellanton, Kim Carr, Geil Stern, Suzette Mercado, Jose Henriquez, Eileen Friedman, Pamela Onorato, Tasia Pando, Carl Sternlicht, Patrice Miller, Alex Schtakleff, Donna DiRusso and Maurice Johnson. These longstanding members of the Charles Rutenberg Family joined the Agency during our inaugural year in 2006 and have enjoyed much success in the years since. Thank you, all, for taking the leap of faith all of those years ago and for continuing to recognize all of the great benefits of being part of our team.

The All-Stars: This Year’s Top Producers
 Our Top Agent this year is once again Ann Lee, who has been an extremely successful Agent with Charles Rutenberg Realty since early in 2008. Ann attributes her success to the knowledge and communication skills necessary to fully understand a clients’ individual needs. After receiving the award last year, she sat down with us to share some insight and advice from her 25 years as a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker.
This year’s Top Team Award goes to Lawrence and Sheila Agranoff; our Top Borough Producers are as follows, Queens – Rosy Chalif, Suffolk – Lauren L. Dietrich, Nassau – Pankaj Kalia, Brookyln – Cirilo S. Rodriguez, Bronx – Araceli Zanabria; Top Rental Agent is Aideen Duignan; Top Residential Sale goes to Stephen O. Checca; and Top Commercial Sale goes to Anwar Sharhan.
CRRLI Welcomes its 1,000th Agent!
10 years = 1,000 Agents
Thanks to our wonderful staff and agents, our recruitment goal [1,000 Agents] in honor of our 10-year anniversary have been surpassed!
We’d like to extend a warm welcome to our 1,000th Agent, Denise Rueda, a newly licensed Agent who joined CRR in early July. Eileen Collini, one of our Associate Brokers, recommended our Firm to Denise and is mentoring her in the practice of real estate. Both of these lucky ladies now have free dues for a year, thanks to our 1,000 Agents Contest!
From July to September, we also had the pleasure of welcoming 44 new Agents. In July, this included: Amy Vultaggio, Samuel Reinoso, Kristen Yang, Hakim Taylor, Nelson Castillo, Mariana Ramos, Mariah Grossman, Dzmitry Naliuka, Daniel Cabane, Kent Markgraf, Maureen Haley Mizuno, Dean Ponce and Nicholas Veltri. In August, this included: Janet Marmo, Jaaved Rahim, Hanna Wysocka, Sergio Jean-Louis, Luis Jose Suarez, Stefanie Maharana, Flor Bencosme, Dania Liu, Mohd Islam, Xiaoming Wei, Christina Esposito, Debra Ienna, Dianxiang Chen, Cinthia Chung-Yip, Marie Quaranta, Ofir Yakobowicz and Mary Or. And, in September, this included: Jazzman Parker, Helen Lu, Stephanie Bowe, Andrew Ramdharry, Thomas Lupski, Vito DiMatteo, Peng Gao, Zorina Mohamed, Brian Fishkin, Merle Fishkin, Audrey Huston, Sherri Rivera, Anna Basel and Jianmin Zhu.
