Introducing: CRR’s New Sayville Office
Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker Kent Markgraf and his sister-in-law Carol Wesemann, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, recently took the charge in opening a NEW Sayville office, right along the town’s busy Montauk Highway/Main Street corridor. For Kent, the Branch Manager, and Carol, the main Agent Liaison, opening an office together was a natural next step in their Real Estate careers. Combined, the pair has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry – both as salespeople and, in Kent’s case, as an attorney and broker.

CRR Moves into the Future with Increased Marketing Initiatives
 For the past 11 years, Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc., has been known for its mission of being an Agency for the Agent. In an effort to accomplish our goal of being the premier Real Estate Agency that imparts outstanding benefits to our Agents, we continually look for new ways to grow and mature with the changing Real Estate landscape. Not only do we offer incomparable tools and outstanding commission structure, but we also offer the training, assistance and guidance necessary to being a top-notch Agent.

Our Bronx Office Gets New Digs
Due to the need for expansion, we have moved our Bronx office to a location with triple the space, which will allow for the addition of even more Agents and will ensure an even greater number of leads. According to recent data from The Real Deal, we don’t have far to go to be one of the Top Five firms in the borough by number of Licensed Real Estate Salespeople, but breaking the Top Three will prove a greater challenge as we’re looking at numbers well over 100 Agents.

Congratulations to Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Carolyn Gear-Thompson and her husband Dr. Melvin R. Thompson, who celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary on April 24. Agent Antonio Cafarelli welcomed a baby boy on June 8 and Agent Jesse Cardenas and his wife Gina welcomed a baby girl, Savannah Valentina, on March 8. Agent Jill Sackler welcomed a granddaughter, Regina Pearl, on April 25. Agent Jamie Gorman and her husband Michael welcomes their third son Spencer Lee on March 22. In March, Joe and Pam Moshe became grandparents for the ninth time with the arrival of a new grandson. While they now have enough grandchildren to start a baseball team, they hope the roster is not closed yet.
Congratulations also to Office Manager Ruth Pfeffer’s son Ben, who graduated with honors from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Business Management and will be attending the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley this Fall. Additionally, there are several forthcoming High School graduates, Almarie Kralstein’s daughter Jamie will attend the University of Delaware, Lisa Dunn’s daughter Kassidy will attend SUNY Albany and Lauren Zandi’s son Rafael Sedaghatzandi will attend LIU Post.
County Executive Ed Mangano presented Leila Osman, daughter of Agent Ibrahim Osman, with her Girl Scout Gold Award (the highest honor in the Girl Scout program) during a ceremony honoring 253 Eagle Scouts and 72 Gold Award recipients earlier this month. Leila also had the distinction of being one of two Scouts to speak during the event. Oceanside Agent Alan Levine was elected as the 2017 Vice President of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce.

As mentioned in our Marketing Initiatives article above, we rolled out two new Facebook Advertisements last month, with the two targets being first-time home buyers and retirees looking to downsize. In the time since the ads have gone live, we have already reached more than 27,000 potential buyers and sellers across Nassau and Suffolk County.
