Joe and his fellow award recipients will be profiled in SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at a black-tie optional awards gala taking place on Tuesday, March 28 at The Garden City Hotel.

Pam and Joe Moshé are pleased to applaud Ruth F. Pfeffer, Vidyavrat “Satish” Chandra, Howell Silverman and William “Bill” Moseley for each of their respective appointments to leadership roles within the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) for 2017.

Ruth was named as a Director of LIBOR for 2017 and as President-elect for the Central Nassau Chapter of LIBOR, for which she is serving her second year as a Director. A graduate of Hofstra University, Ms. Pfeffer was the first employee to join Charles Rutenberg Realty when the firm opened more than 10 years ago. Today, she serves as Office Manager and Associate Broker for the Agency and lives in Dix Hills, where she and her husband raised their son and daughter. READ MORE

Giving back to the community has continually been of the utmost importance to Pam and Joe Moshé. That’s why the pair organized a “Movie Day” event to provide added happiness to the children currently living in Community Housing Innovations, Inc.’s (CHI) emergency housing units. The event was held at Elwood Cinemas, located at 1950 Jericho Turnpike in East Northport, New York, on New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31 at 10 a.m. Depending on the age of the child, each was treated to a screening of either “Star Wars Rogue One” or “SING,” along with a complimentary beverage and popcorn.

After planning the event for CRR Agents’ children, Pam and Joe recognized an opportunity to give back to those who are less fortunate. As “payment” for the tickets, Charles Rutenberg Agents were asked to donate hats, gloves and socks to a clothing drive for CHI families. To ensure that all the children were able to attend, CHI arranged for them to be bussed from each of its emergency housing units, which includes congregate shelters and scattered sites, located across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, as far east as Riverhead.

Throughout the month of February, and into early March, CRR ran an aggressive advertising campaign on News 12. This was aired at various times throughout each day and several Agent/staff members reported having seen it in their daily goings on. We plan to run a similar spot on Fios1 next.

We are pleased to Congratulate Ed Patisso on the birth of his twin boys, Lorenzo and Max, and Kevin Kalyan on the birth of his son Devin. Additional congratulations are in order for Premier Coordinator Kelly Lazauskas, whose son Adam was accepted to the Seattle Police Department.

Our Deepest Condolences to Chris Mattos on the passing of his father, Anthony Dabreu on the passing of his mother and Monika Ratimorska on the passing of her father-in-law.
