Ben’s of Greenvale Hosts NY Olde Time Deli Experience
Oct. 2, 2013 - PATCHOGUE, N.Y. -- On Monday, October 7, Ben’s Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers (http://www.bensdeli.net/) will host its annual New York Olde Time Deli Experience at its location in Greenvale, located at 140 Wheatley Plaza. The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Ben’s will offer a variety of deli favorites, including hot dogs, mini-potato pancakes, pastrami, corned beef and turkey. All meats will be served with pickles, soda, coffee, tea and beer, with apple strudel, Linzer tarts and cookies for dessert.
Tickets are $54 each, with proceeds to benefit the Interfaith Nutrition Network (INN) and its soup kitchens and shelters on Long Island. Those in attendance will receive a Hebrew National mini-salami at the end of the event.
