Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce Celebrates Grand Opening of Signature Premier Properties

On Wednesday, October 18, the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of Signature Premier Properties with a ribbon cutting that was attended by local elected officials, Chamber members, and Signature Premier Properties agents, brokers and managers. The real estate agency is located on 27 South Ocean Avenue in Patchogue.

Founded by Peter Morris and Co-Owner Kathy Viard, Signature Premier Properties is a real estate agency that is built on delivering knowledgeable, personalized guidance and professional advice throughout each stage of every real estate transaction. Since 2007, the agency has grown from one to more than 600 agents. “Our agents are like-minded individuals who truly love, honor and respect each other,” Ms. Viard said.

Ms. Viard said the agency chose Patchogue as its new location because of its thriving atmosphere. “We love a good village and we are seeing a rebirth here in Patchogue,” she said. “We think this area is so up-and-coming right now.”
