Anchor Real Estate of Long Island, Inc. celebrated its opening with a welcoming ceremony and open house hosted by The Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce at the company’s office at 83 East Main Street, Suite 6 in Patchogue on Tuesday, November 14. A privately-owned boutique real estate company located in the heart of Patchogue Village, the company’s experienced licensed real estate agents are knowledgeable in the state of the market across Suffolk and Nassau Counties and provide individualized customer service to both buyers and sellers.
“After working for two large franchise real estate firms and establishing my own team of agents, I realized I was already taking on the role of a Broker without the title,” said Anchor Real Estate of Long Island Licensed Real Estate Broker Gina Ferraro. “I decided to get my Broker’s license and, from there, Anchor Real Estate of Long Island, Inc. was born.”
What differentiates Anchor Real Estate from other real estate agencies is the family environment they offer. “With individualized mentoring and consistent training, we provide the opportunity for continued growth, which guarantees the success of the agents,” Gina Ferraro said. “Our team is knowledgeable, caring and professional, not only in the office, but more importantly, with their clients and customers. We had an amazing first year and I look forward to watching us evolve as a leading real estate firm.”
Gina has been in Patchogue since October 2016. “As a longtime resident in the Patchogue-Medford area, I’ve seen how much the village has developed and knew it would be the perfect location for our company,” she said. “We are excited to be involved in all the events that take place right outside our door, and to officially be part of this wonderful community.”
During the event, which was attended by licensed real estate brokers and licensed real estate agents alike, the agency hosted a food drive to benefit Long Island Cares.
