Attorney Lauren P. Raysor Files Notice of Claim Seeking $1.5 Million in Damages for Bakery Owners
Lauren P. Raysor and Pamela D. Hayes filed a Notice of Claim at Mount Vernon City Court on September 28, 2018, on behalf of M. Miesha Stokely and Montika Jones, the co-owners of Cupcake Cutie Boutique. The Plaintiffs are seeking $1.5 million in damages for harm to the bakery’s reputation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and loss of business.
The announcement was covered by News 12, Westchester, The Rockland/Westchester Journal News, WCBS Radio (880 AM), Ossining Daily Voice, and was also featured on FiOS1 News.

Attorney Lauren P. Raysor Hosts a Birthday Celebration for a Good Cause |
On Saturday, September 29, Lauren P. Raysor, Esq. hosted a birthday celebration at the Harlem Yacht Club to the theme of “A Few of My Favorite Things.”
A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Martha’s Vineyard Jazz and Blues Festival and the Learning Tree S.T.E.M. Arts School. Ms. Raysor has been a longstanding supporter of the school through her sponsorship of the school’s annual science fair and volunteering her time as one of the judges.
