Charles Rutenberg Realty Experiences Exponential Growth during Turbulent Times in the Real Estate Market

This year’s local Real Estate market has been fraught with weak sales numbers, diminishing home prices and more transactions left unclosed. Many Licensed Real Estate Professionals have faced these challenges in an attempt to survive in a challenging Real Estate climate, but Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. is helping its growing roster of Agents navigate through these treacherous conditions.

Since 2006, Charles Rutenberg Realty has grown to almost 1,500 Agents in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Westchester and Manhattan. Recently, Charles Rutenberg Realty offered its Premier Portfolio program to its Agents. Those who use Premier Portfolio are armed with the latest cutting-edge technology to serve their clients better, whether they are selling or buying a home.

For those who wish to learn about untraditional home sales, the Agency offers the “Done For You” Short Sales division, which was launched in December 2012. Under this unique Division, Agents are able to work more listings and accomplish more closings in less time. They are assisted by a group of experienced professionals who negotiate the transactions on the Agent’s behalf. In addition, all Agents receive real-time updates on the progress of their sale, so they can notify their clients about the status. “Done For You” allows Agents to complete short sales transactions — which can be lengthy and difficult to negotiate — easily and in less time.

Also in 2012, the Agency launched its Commercial Real Estate division for its Agents who wish to learn about Commercial Real Estate. In addition, the firm is providing ongoing education courses focusing on the analysis and preparation of Cash Flow Spreadsheets, Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) and Advanced Marketing Courses for Commercial Real Estate.
