PRMG’s Hospitality Division works with restaurants, catering facilities, and tourist destinations throughout the United States and the Caribbean to promote our clients by providing public relations, marketing, advertising, social media, video production, and website development services. We have extensive experience working with a wide variety of destinations, including entertainment venues, hotels, zoos, carnivals, recreational facilities, country clubs, marinas, and spas. For the hospitality industry, providing great experiences and customer satisfaction is foundational. From there we work with our clients to build on their reputations by building positive reviews and by monitoring and supporting their reputation online. 

However, often these modern word-of-mouth techniques need to be supplemented. Social media content development, including video, is a high priority for these clients, as well as boosting Facebook and Instagram advertising. Digital advertising is also essential to reach new customers, including Google Search, display and video ads. The COVID-19 pandemic, labor shortages and inflation have been challenging for the hospitality industry over the past several years.
