More than 150,000 Jewish youngsters from over 200 Yeshiva Day Schools in the New York Metro Area will be off from school over the upcoming Jewish holiday of Succoth. These children will also be off during the “intermediate” days of Oct. 16th through 19th, as well as Sunday, Oct. 23rd. While all of the public, private and parochial schools are still in full session, these children and their families will be seeking fun and entertainment during their vacation time. Advertisers can take advantage of this special opportunity and advertise in the pre-Succoth Holiday “Where-to-Go Guide.” This guide will be published in the Oct. 7th edition of The Jewish Press, which is read by more than 96,000 Jewish families who buy and read the newspaper every week.
